Display at the CDU Wirtschaftstag 2024!
It was a pleasure to represent the NIO at the Wirtschaftstag, one of Germany's most prominent business events, which took place on 11-12 June in Berlin. The Wirtschaftstag is the largest event organised by the Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V., with well-known participants from German politics such as Friedrich Merz, leader of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Christian Lindner, Federal Minister of Finance, Volker Wissing, Federal Minister of Digitalisation and Transport, Robert Habeck, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and Boris Pistorius, Federal Minister of Defence.
During my presentation at the panel discussion on the possibilities of digitalisation and artificial intelligence, I was joined by Prof. Dr Christina Sinemus, Minister of Digitalisation and Innovation of Hesse, and other prominent industry leaders such as Dr Wolfgang Dirker, CEO of Microsoft Germany, Carola Wahl, CEO of Nexi Group in the Dach region, Marcel de Groot, CEO of Vodafone Germany, and Jochen Vernet, CEO of Experian. We showed that innovation is at the heart of NIO's DNA with over-the-air software and hardware updates, new features and a close collaboration with Microsoft Azure for our AI assistant in the #NOMI car.
With a live and digital audience, Wirtschaftstag 2024 was the perfect platform to engage with stakeholders from the business and political sectors. It was an opportunity to demonstrate our strong commitment to the development of smart technologies and artificial intelligence, especially in our smart electric vehicles.
