Scientific and Pedagogical Internship: Innovative Educational Technologies in the Training of Specialists in Economics and Management

From May 20 to June 30, 2024, a scientific and pedagogical internship was held at the Baltic Research Institute of Transformation Economic Area Problems, focusing on the topic "Innovative Educational Technologies: European Experience and Its Implementation in the Training of Specialists in Economics and Management."

During the internship, participants had the opportunity to explore advanced practices for implementing educational technologies in European educational institutions, examining their impact on the learning process and the preparation of highly qualified specialists. In particular, emphasis was placed on the use of e-learning, blended learning, and interactive platforms, which have become essential tools in modern education.

Throughout the internship, participants also discussed the adaptation of European experiences to Ukrainian realities, exchanging thoughts on the most effective teaching methods and assessment of student knowledge.

This internship was an important milestone in the professional development of educators and provided valuable experience that will be applied in the training of specialists in economics and management in Ukraine. The knowledge and skills acquired will help implement innovative approaches in the educational process, ultimately enhancing the quality of education and aligning graduates with the demands of the modern labor market.
