Why is a new view at the concept of the "noosphere" important right now?

We live in aworld where the situation is extremely unstable today in the economic andsocio-political spheres. The theory of the noosphere is the most substantiatedconcept of "sustainable development", and therefore its study isextremely relevant under these conditions.

In theclassical understanding, thenoosphere is the highest stage of development of the biosphere. This is thesphere of interaction between society and nature, within which intelligenthuman activity becomes a determining factor in development, in particular,economic development. This sphere is also referred to as the"anthroposphere", "knowledge economy", "thinkingenvelope" or "sphere of reason". The emergence of the noosphereis linked to the development of society, which has a profound influence on theprocesses occurring in nature.  

The modernnoosphere is a concept that describes the state and development of the Earth inwhich humanity influences all aspects of nature and ecosystems, includingclimate, biodiversity, pollution, water and land resources, and etc. This is afactor that distinguishes our era from previous ones, as humans have become themain agent of change on planet Earth. In the modern noosphere, humanity feelsthe need to preserve biodiversity, reduce emissions of pollutants, increase theefficiency of resource use, and etc.

According tothe concept of the noosphere, humans are responsible for the development andpreservation of the Earth and its living world. Therefore, the noosphere is animportant concept for understanding how humans affect their environment and hownatural resources can be preserved for future generations.
